In the unlikely event that we can't make things right, our return policy provides for a 14-day period where you may return products to us in new condition, for a full refund. The only restriction to this policy includes personalized products, which cannot be returned. The process is simple:

Ship your return to our address below. Please make sure that your return is in unused condition. Items received in used or open condition will incur a restocking fee of 10% for new condition, open box or up to 25% for used condition, visible use/wear & tear.
Send your Order ID and return tracking number to customercare@bbq-aid.com.
Please make sure that you have notified our team of your return or that your tracking number is scanned within 14 days after your original delivery date.
