In the unlikely event that we can't make things right, our return policy provides for a 14-day period where you may return products to us in new condition, for a full refund. The only restriction to this policy includes personalized products, which cannot be returned. The process is simple:

  3. Please make sure that you have notified our team of your return or that your tracking number is scanned within 14 days after your original delivery date.
