- Preheat Traeger Grills to 350 degrees
- Separate burger into 1/4 pound balls
- In a bowl, add blackened seasoning to 1/4 of the burger and mix the seasoning into the burger thoroughly.
- Cut parchment paper in 1/2 (optional) and spread burger evenly in press.
- Using about 1/2 of the seasoned burger, Press porcelain top firmly into the burger press.
- Place 2 slices of white cheddar into the burger press then add the remaining seasoned burger.
- Press porcelain top firmly into the burger press
- Lift parchment paper out and flip burger patty directly onto grill
- Repeat for each burger patty
- While burgers are cooking, cook grilled onions in a cast iron skillet.
- Once burger patties have reached an IT of at least 145 degrees, place white cheddar cheese on each patty. Once melted, place patties on a tray
- Lay out your St. Pierre brioche buns, and add burger sauce to the top bun
- On bottom bun stack burger patty and grilled onions
- Place your top bun on the burger and enjoy!
