Mango Habanero Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients
- 24 thawed shrimp
- 4 BBQ Aid Quick Release Skewers
- BBQ Aid Basting Brush
- Traeger Fin and Feather rub
- Traeger Mango Habenero Glaze
Instructions
- Preheat Traeger Grills to 350 degrees
- On each skewer, put about 6 pieces of shrimp leaving a little room between each one
- Season all sides of the shrinp skewers with Traeger Grills Fin and Feather rub
- Place skewers on the Traeger Grills. With the BBQ Aid basting Brush, baste the Traeger Mango Habenero glaze on the shrimp. After about 5 mintues, flip the skewers and baste again.
- Let the shrimp cook for a total of about 10 minutes or until IT reaches 120 degrees.
- Remove the shrimp skewers, baste with a little more Traeger Mango Haberno glaze if necessary and enjoy!
