Mango Habanero Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
  • 24 thawed shrimp
  • 4 BBQ Aid Quick Release Skewers
  • BBQ Aid Basting Brush 
  • Traeger Fin and Feather rub
  • Traeger Mango Habenero Glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat Traeger Grills to 350 degrees
  2. On each skewer, put about 6 pieces of shrimp leaving a little room between each one
  3. Season all sides of the shrinp skewers with Traeger Grills Fin and Feather rub
  4. Place skewers on the Traeger Grills. With the BBQ Aid basting Brush, baste the Traeger Mango Habenero glaze on the shrimp. After about 5 mintues, flip the skewers and baste again. 
  5. Let the shrimp cook for a total of about 10 minutes or until IT reaches 120 degrees. 
  6. Remove the shrimp skewers, baste with a little more Traeger Mango Haberno glaze if necessary and enjoy!
