Classic Burger – BBQ-AID

Classic Burger

Ingredients
  • BBQ Aid Burger Press
  • 1 lb burger
  • Rainier Foods Gochu Seasoning
  • 1 pickle
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 4 slices of Provolone cheese 
  • St. Pierre Brioche Buns (4)
  • Condiments (Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Mustard)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Traeger Grills to 350 degrees
  2. Seperate burger into 1/4 pound balls
  3. In a bowl, add Gochu seasoning to 1/4 of the burger and mix the seasoning into the burger thoroughly.
  4. Cut parchment paper in 1/2 (optional) and spread burger evenly in press. 
  5. Press porcelain top firmly into the burger patty
  6. Lift parchment paper out and flip burger patty directly onto grill
  7. Repeat for each burger patty
  8. Once burger patties have reached an IT of at least 145 degrees, place provolone cheese on each patty. Once melted, place patties on a tray
  9. Lay out your St. Pierre brioche buns, and add condiments to top bun. 
  10. On bottom bun stack lettuce, burger patty, tomato. Onion and pickle
  11. Place your top bun on the burger and enjoy!
