Chimichurri Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
- 2 Skinless boneless Chicken Breasts
- BBQ Aid Quick Release Skewers
- Rainier Foods Garlic Herb
- Al Firgoni Spicy Chimichurri
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat Traeger Grills to 350 degrees
- Cut skinless boneless chicken breasts into about 1 inch cubes
- On each skewer, put about 6 chicken cubes leaving a little room between each one
- Season all sides of the chicke skewers with Rainier Foods Garlic Herb and Al Firgoni Spicy Chimmichurri
- Place skewers on the Traeger for about 30 minutes or until IT reaches 165 degrees. Flip skewers about 15 minutes in.
- While skewers are cooking, in a small bowl put about 2 parts oil, 1 part cup red wine vinegar and 1 part Al Firgoni Chimmichurri, and stir!
- When Skewers have reached an IT of 165 degrees, spoon the fresh Chimmichurri sauce on each skewer and enjoy!
