Chimichurri Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
  • 2 Skinless boneless Chicken Breasts 
  • BBQ Aid Quick Release Skewers
  • Rainier Foods Garlic Herb
  • Al Firgoni Spicy Chimichurri 
  • Red Wine Vinegar 
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat Traeger Grills to 350 degrees
  2. Cut skinless boneless chicken breasts into about 1 inch cubes 
  3. On each skewer, put about 6 chicken cubes leaving a little room between each one
  4. Season all sides of the chicke skewers with Rainier Foods Garlic Herb and Al Firgoni Spicy Chimmichurri 
  5. Place skewers on the Traeger for about 30 minutes or until IT reaches 165 degrees. Flip skewers about 15 minutes in. 
  6. While skewers are cooking, in a small bowl put about 2 parts oil, 1 part cup red wine vinegar and 1 part Al Firgoni Chimmichurri, and stir! 
  7. When Skewers have reached an IT of 165 degrees, spoon the fresh Chimmichurri sauce on each skewer and enjoy!
