Instructions
- Preheat your grill/smoker/oven to 325 degrees
- Slice 1 onion, ½ bag of little/baby golden potatoes, and 1 bag of baby carrots
- Place the vegetable mixture in the bottom of your BBQ-Aid 5-In-1 Set
- Place the top back on your BBQ-Aid 5-In-1 Set
- Fill the beer can halfway with your favorite beer
- Rub melted butter underneath the skin of the chicken
- Season the chicken on all sides with your favorite seasoning
- Place the chicken on the beer can on your BBQ-Aid 5-In-1 Set
- Place your setup indirect on your grill/smoker. Be sure to clean your grill before every use, using your BBQ-AID Grill Brush & Scraper.
- Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 on the breast and 180-185 on the drumstick (usually 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes)
- Rest for 15 minutes, then slice and enjoy!
